#Cookchat Transcript
First of all, THANK YOU! What a great turnout for the world premiere of #cookchat on Sunday night. We had 43 contributors with nearly 500 tweets. Sam and I talked afterwards and agreed that this far exceeded any expectations we had. As I’ve said in the past, the future of #cookchat completely depends on YOU! We want to talk about topics you want to discuss, so email questions/comments/hate mail to cookchat [at] gmail [dot] com or DM either Sam (@SJOGborn) or myself (@MattLaCasse) and we’ll make sure your questions are asked!
Here’s the transcript of the world premiere of #cookchat, and be sure to join us at 8 PM CENTRAL this Sunday for the sophomore edition! Please ignore the time stamp on the left-hand side, I’m sure there’s a way to develop a transcript without it showing up in Pacific time, but I didn’t have the time to figure it out (also, I’m not sure which “Pacific” time whashtag.com is referencing…Hawaii time perhaps?).
